Brother Sun Farewell Tour with special guests The End of America
TIX ARE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR
Several years ago, nationally touring singer/songwriters Joe Jencks, Greg Greenway and Pat Wictor combined their talents to form Brother Sun. Their fusion of folk, americana, blues, pop, jazz, rock and a cappella singing formed an explosion of musical diversity and harmony in the finest of male singing traditions.
Their second CD "Some Part of the Truth" was 2013 album of the year on the The North American Folk Music Charts and their "Weights and Wings" was 2016's album of the year on the Folk DJ Charts.
They recently announced that 2017 will be their last year performing together as the will be going their seperate ways to pursue individual projects, so this could be your last opportunity to see this amazing vocal Trio.
Sharing the bill as their special guests is another male vocal harmony trio The End of America. This Philly trio has been getting lots of attention recently opening for David Bromberg as well as Larry Campbell & Teresa Williams. The fusion of folk and roick harmonies has been compared to a young Crosby Stills and Nash.
Don't miss your chance to see these two great trios at the refurbished Theatre at Woodbridge Middle School
